How does booking work?

Pick your dates on the homepage, choose a bike from the available fleet, and complete payment online. You'll need to sign up/log in and complete KYC before your booking is confirmed.

What documents do I need for KYC?

You'll verify your identity via DigiLocker from your profile — this pulls your driving license (two-wheeler category; a learner's license isn't accepted). Please carry the original driving license with you at pickup for verification.

Is fuel included in the price?

The rental charge covers the bike and applicable taxes, not fuel. We hand over the bike with enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol station. Unused fuel at return isn't refunded.

Is there a limit on kilometres?

Yes, each bike includes a set number of free kilometres for your booking duration, shown on the bike's page and in your price breakdown. Extra kilometres are charged at the per-km rate shown there.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected with your booking — the exact amount depends on the bike and is shown in your booking summary before payment. It's refunded after the bike is returned and inspected.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds (security deposit or cancellation refunds) usually take 5–7 working days to reflect in your source account, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Is there a penalty for returning the bike late?

Yes, returns beyond a short grace period attract additional hourly charges at the extra-hour rate shown for your bike. Please contact us if you need to extend your booking before the drop-off time.

How do I cancel my booking?

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Your security deposit is always refunded, even on cancellation. Rental-charge refunds depend on timing: no-show forfeits the full rental amount; cancelling 0–6 hours before pickup withholds 75%; 6–24 hours withholds 50%; 24–72 hours withholds 25%; and 72+ hours before pickup withholds just 10%. If we cancel your booking due to an issue on our end, you get a full refund.
